CO-CAPTAIN

Kona is a Senior at South Eugene High School, they joined prior to their Freshman year, making this Kona’s 4th year on the team. They have experience in Mechanical, Business/Media and Software sub teams. Kona plans to attend OSU and study Computer Engineering.

For hobbies aside from robotics, Kona is interested in singing voice syntheses, as well as Splatoon and programming.

CO-CAPTAIN

Kylie is a Senior at Sheldon High School and joined SERT as a Sophomore. Since joining, she has worked with the electrical and strategy subteams, helping wire the robot, solder parts, and also pitch in with strategy decisions during competitions.

Outside of robotics, she is passionate about her Women in STEM club and building RC planes. After high school she plans on getting a degree in aerospace engineering.

ELECTRICAL LEAD

Sam is a Sophomore at South Eugene High School and joined SERT as a Freshman. He has been on the Electrical sub team since he started. Sam plans to attend college to study and research in a STEM related field.

Outside of SERT Sam likes to play music, fence, and do projects of his own.

CAD LEAD

Ty is a Senior at South Eugene High School, making this season his 4th year with the team. He is proud of designing and CNCing parts that went on the competition robot in previous years.

He plans to study some kind of Engineering in college. Outside of SERT, Ty enjoys biking, bouldering and playing video games.

SOFTWARE LEAD

Benji joined SERT as a freshman and this is his 4th year on the team. He is a Senior at South Eugene High School and plans to go to OSU and study an Engineering/Computer degree.

He is proud of the software team and the pride they take in writing good and consistent code.

In his free time Benji enjoys biking, board games, and video games.

MECHANICAL LEAD

Link is a Junior at South Eugene High School and joined SERT as a Freshman.

Link plans on going to OSU for Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power systems.

In their free time, Link enjoys climbing, reading, and working on open source projects.

BUSINESS LEAD

Huxley is a Sophomore at South Eugene High School. He has been working on outreach and finding ways to impact our community in a positive way.

He plans to study Science. In his spare time Huxley enjoy biking, table tennis, drawing, and hiking.

STRATEGY LEAD

Ben is a Senior at South Eugene High School who joined SERT as a Junior. He has been on the Mechanical sub team, but experienced strategy during competitions and really enjoyed it. Ben plans to go into Engineering, with a focus on prosthetics.

In his free time, Ben likes video games and writing.

Gabby is a senior at South, and this is her first year on the team and joined as a junior. She plans on going to OSU for Biology specifically for anatomy.

In her free time, she enjoys being outside, videogames and art.

Alvin joined SERT in 2025 and was on the Business team.

College plans: Purdue University to study Aerospace Engineering

Devin has been a member of SERT for 3 years, on the Business team.

College plans: Brown University (pre-med and international relations)

Ely was on the Drive Team for the last 2 seasons and has been on the team for 2 years.

College plans: Attending LCC and transferring to a 4 year college

Lydia was on the team for 4 years, leading the Business team in 2024-2025.

College plans: OSU to study Zoology

Scarlet was on the team for 2 years and was on the Electrical team for both years.
